Pamela's Bio

Pamela Joy Howse, Holistic Lifestyle Coach ~ Pamela is a compassionate practitioner who specializes in self care management through coaching, bodywork and yoga sessions. She is trained in multiple modalities, all in which are natural ways to increase your vitality. Her mission is to inspire yoga as a lifestyle and she enjoys taking others on guided adventures around The Windermere Valley to do yoga outdoors, especially on SUP's. She believes that yoga is a natural self-healing science and when practiced regularly, you can; release tension, induce relaxation, heal your emotions/mindset, reduce stress, prevent injury, enhance awareness/connection, improve strength/endurance/balance/flexibility and assist with pain management. To sum it up, you can bring balance to your body-mind-spirit.
Aside from teaching weekly classes at her wellness studio for the past 7 years, she has taught many classes at a variety of venues around The Windermere Valley for well over a decade. She trained to teach yoga in British Columbia with a school which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance and is registered as E-RYT 200 with 2000 hours of instructional practice and NHPC (Natural Health Practitioners Canada) as a Reiki, Traditional Thai Massage and Hatha Yoga Practitioner. Her practice is committed to creating safe space for others to find stress relief and to actively assisting others who are seeking to cultivate a healthy self care routine and more self-awareness/transformation through movement, coaching and bodywork.
